Bodies change significantly during pregnancy. As a result, what women’s bodies need in terms of nutrition and activity level changes. Fitness and nutrition is important, especially during pregnancy, but managing fitness and nutrition can come with challenges. The aim of this project is to explore how pregnant women take care of their own health with a focus on their fitness and nutrition needs.

This application allows users to ensure the healthy growth of their baby by balancing their nutrition and activity levels. Bump Balance helps pregnant women EXPLORE nutritious meals and pregnancy safe workouts, be INFORMED through reliable and provider backed information, LOG their wellness, and TRACK their nutrition and activity goals.
